Description

We are looking for a driven and meticulous administrator for an assignment in Linköping. The organization works with a unique concept in warranty service and logistics for some of the market's larger manufacturers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service cases throughout the entire process, from registration to closure. The work is entirely administrative and involves close collaboration with external technicians and workshops. This is a role for you who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a quick learner, and appreciates making decisions while keeping many parallel cases running.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration surrounding and ensuring that each case is handled correctly from start to finish in the systems. This includes creating and updating cases, communicating with external partners, following up on work in the department, and documenting completed work. You will also handle material orders, returns, and ensure that the entire flow is quality assured administratively. You will receive a structured introduction and access to manuals and support from experienced colleagues on site.

This is a role that suits you who is relatively new to the workforce and is now looking for an opportunity to further develop within administration, service, and technically close processes in a professional environment.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative work

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Technical interest or previous experience working with technology

  • Comfortable communicating in English verbally

  • Structured, self-driven, and a quick learner

  • Driven with the ability to make decisions and push tasks forward

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in warranty service

  • Experience in technical support

  • Experience in logistics

Conditions

Location: On-site in Linköping. Employment rate: Part-time, 93.75%, Monday to Friday
